In order to guarantee the service, Sorrento Day Tour requires that customers confirm all reservations via email at the following address info@SorrentoDayTour.com, accepting the conditions of this contract. Customers are required to give all information necessary to ensure that the service is provided without any problems. If reservations are cancelled at least 7 days before arrival time, there will be no penalty; otherwise, the customer will be charged 100% of the cost of the service,cancellations are possible via e-mail, cancellations by phone are not accepted. In the event of delays by the airlines, customers will not pay any fee and the service will still be guaranteed.
In the event that a flight will be diverted to another airport, we are exempted from any obligation to wait; however, the customer can contact us, and reprogram the service. For delays in the boat, we are waiting for 90 minutes from the estimated time of landing, and if we do not receive any communication by phone or by mail, we will be exempt from any obligation to wait for the customer, who will be charged 100% of the cost of the service. Upon arrival at the airport, railway station or port, our drivers will be waiting with a sign with the name given at the time of booking. Sorrento Day Tour can not be held responsible and declines any responsibility of service or charges made by restaurants, cafes, souvenir stores or shops of any kind that you have chosen or have been suggested by third parties while being transferred or while on one of our tour excursions. It is your responsibility to view the list/ menu of products, food, drinks or other to be ordered. If the list with prices or menu are not available you should then ask for the prices directly to the person who is serving you and pay for what you've requested and received. If there is a complaint to be made of any kind it is to be done immediately to the waiter or owner of the souvenir store, restaurant, cafe or any other sort of shop involved. Sorrento Day Tour cannot be held responsible for over tipping a driver or for mistaken payments to shops or restaurants. It is your responsibility to check the invoices before using your money for shopping, restaurants or whatever.
The night service is available from 22.00 to 06.00, and includes a price increase. In the event the airline loses your luggage, please inform the Sorrento Day Tour, and go to the airport information point to explain what happened. We are not in any way responsible for the items and luggage left in the car. Please indicate your intention to carry large luggage. No smoking and drinking alcohol in our car, and the customer is obliged to observe civil and polite behavior throughout the process, otherwise the Sorrento Day Tour reserves the right to terminate the service at any time.
